Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 day for order processing. You can expect to receive an email within 2 days confirming that your order is on its way! 

OFFICE PICKUP - Saint George Center - 1st floor - Sahel Alma Highway – Jounieh - Lebanon

Orders can be picked up from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. An email notification will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

After placing your order, deliveries within Beirut will be made within 48 hours, and deliveries outside of Beirut will take up to 72 hours. A standard delivery fee of $5 is applicable to orders delivered within Lebanon. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are usually shipped within 2 to 5 days. For orders shipped to the UAE, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Please note that import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other charges may be levied by your destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and not borne by Revilin.

DAMAGED ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, kindly email us promptly at beyecommerce@aramex.com along with your order number and a photo showing the item’s condition. We handle these cases on an individual basis and strive to find a suitable solution.
