  • How does red and infrared light therapy work?

  • How To Use

    1. Cleanse you face and gently pat dry.
    2. Turn on the mask by pressing the power button on the side.
    3. To change the light color, press the power button again; each press cycles through the available light modes.
    4. Use the Bluetooth controller to adjust:
      - Treatment time
      - Light intensity and mode
      (Make sure the controller is facing the front of the mask while adjusting settings.)
    5. The mask will automatically shut off after the selected time.

  • How To Charge

    • Use the instructed USB-C cable to charge both the mask and the controller.
    • Plug the USb end into any standard USB power source.
    • Charging time: approx. 2 hours for each device.
    • A full charge provides power for multiple sessions.
    • Note: Be sure to charge both the mask and the controller separately before use.

  • Recommended Treatment Time

    • Red + NIR: 10 minutes, 5 days per week
    • Red: 3-5 minutes, 5 days per week
    • Blue: 3-5 minutes, 5 days per week

    Recommended treatment period:
    8 weeks minimum.
